Gloucester Point Baptist Church (GPBC) has tasked the Children and Youth Ministry (CYM) committee with researching and recommending leadership qualifications for a potential leader to guide our Children and Youth programs. This survey is an important part of understanding the preferences and priorities of GPBC members for this role, which could be filled by a Youth Pastor, Director, or Coordinator.
