The CLD Program provides a pathway to tuition-free undergraduate credit for certificates or degrees. Students can apply up to 36 credit hours from CLD courses to Spurgeon College for Associate's or Bachelor's degrees. Qualifying students may also submit CLD credit for up to one-third of a Master's degree at Midwestern Seminary. To qualify, students must be admitted as a graduate student at Midwestern and earn a "B" grade or better in relevant CLD courses.
CLD credit is independent of prior undergraduate experience for Advanced Standing GPA requirements. Transferability to other schools varies, and inquiries should be directed to the Registrar's Office. Spurgeon College credit through CLD requires completion of the admissions and enrollment process. For students under 18 or without a high school diploma, a consent form is needed, available by emailing churchpartnerships@mbts.edu.
