Event Information
Your youth is invited to join the Gloucester Point Baptist Church Youth Group on a trip to see Christmas lights at Newport News Park. Transportation will be provided by approved church youth workers.

This is an outdoor event; we encourage the youth to dress warmly and bring a personal blanket.
 
Departure Time: 6:00 PM
Return Time: 8:00 PM
Pickup/Drop-off Location: Gloucester Point Baptist Church

Permission and Release
I understand and agree to the following:
  1. My child will be transported by authorized youth workers in vehicles owned/insured by the drivers.
  2. All reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of the participants.
  3. I release Gloucester Point Baptist Church, its staff, and volunteers from liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the trip.
  4. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the leaders to secure medical care for my child and contact me as soon as possible.

Transportation Consent
I grant permission for my child(ren), to be transported by youth workers of Gloucester Point Baptist Church for the purpose of attending the Christmas Lights Trip on December 18th, 2024.
